Property Inspection Agreements

We encourage you to be present for the inspection, at least toward the end of the inspection, so that we can perform walk-through of our findings and explain the various deficiencies outlined in the report. If you or your representative(s) can’t make it to the site of the inspection, we’re happy to provide a verbal walk-through of the report over the phone to you at your convenience. If you have any questions or concerns about anything in your inspection report, please contact us.

This inspection agreement will be sent to you via email upon confirmation of your inspection appointment. We strongly recommend that you and your representatives, such as your agent and your attorney, completely understand and accept the terms of our agreement, as we will not begin an inspection without the signed agreement. If you would like a copy of your signed inspection agreement, please let us know and we will email it to you.
