When you are gathering bids for you inspection, make sure you gather sample reports from each and every person you talk to. Then, compare the reports and you be the judge of who you want to hire.

Our reports are constantly evolving. Don’t be alarmed if reports look different from each other. We take continuing education very seriously. We like to look at our competitors (some of them are great inspectors!) and see what they are doing that we aren’t, and then we incorporate the good things they do into our reports and our inspection process.
